Welcome to the Somerset Rebels the pride of West Country Speedway and members of the National Premier Speedway league. Founded in the millennium year the club has progressed to become one of Britain's most successfully run clubs and provides excellent opportunities for businesses through advertising and sponsorship packages.

Media Relations:

The home of the Rebels is situated at Oak Tree Arena, Highbridge and is easily accessible from the M5. Being in close proximity to all the central Somerset towns are club draws a large following from all over the county.
The success of the club has ensured that we gain frequent exposure in a wide variety of media sources. Our current Media sponsor is Orchard FM who on a daily basis promotes the club on air and through Speedway competitions for their listeners. On a weekly basis 34% of the population of Somerset will listen to Orchard FM at one time or another. We are very lucky within the county of Somerset to have a wide range of different publications reaching
all local communities as well a those that reach the whole County. 90% of these publications cover the Somerset Rebels.

Programme advertising:

The meeting programme is purchased by spectators each week. The editorial, features and scorecard are renewed each week. The adverts how however are bought at the beginning of the season and remain there until the end of the season. Based on 2004 figures 58% of the attendees on average bought the programme each meeting.
